What can be returned: Defective Items or Items sent incorrectly can be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase

What cannot be returned: Because every item we produce is made to order, we do not accept returns that does not meet the afore mentioned qualifications.

Returns for exchange: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
